If I need to contact XenData Technical Support for assistance, what diagnostic information can I provide to help resolve a problem?  
     
 

XenData Technical Support will ask for the XenData Activation Code and may require the following:

1.   The entire contents of the C:\XenDataLog folder

2.   The System and XenData eventlogs, within the Windows Event Viewer, both files saved in *.evt format.

3.   The XenDataState.xml file (located in c:\windows\system32).

4.   The system information file (ie. Run msinfo32.exe, and save information as an *.nfo file)
