The IBM TS3310 is supported with LTO format drives. 

Supported by XenData Versions

The IBM TS3310 is supported by XenData Archive Series software version 4.51 and higher.

Minimum Supported Medium Changer Firmware Level

The minimum supported firmware level for the medium changer is 410G.  If the firmware in your unit is at a lower level that this, please contact your library support organization for an upgrade.

Medium Changer Device Driver Installation

The library is supported with the Windows 2003 operating system using an IBM medium changer device driver:

The device driver for this medium changer is installed using an IBM installation program which also installs the IBM LTO drive device drivers. This is available from the IBM support site and the IBM Support Portal. Use version 6.2.0.9 (or later) of the installation program and select 'Exclusive'.
